The Role - Seniority with Flexibility As a Senior OT, you will be a clinical pillar within our practice. This is a hybrid role based out of our Tweed Heads office, offering you the freedom to manage your own schedule across the region while providing high-level clinical expertise. Key Responsibilities Advanced Clinical Care: Develop strengths-based treatment plans for complex NDIS participants, including high-quality functional assessments (SIL/ILO/SDA). Leadership & Mentoring: Provide clinical supervision to junior therapists and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Specialised Interventions: Utilise evidence-based practices—from cognitive rehabilitation and mindfulness to equipment prescription and home modifications. Collaborative Advocacy: Work alongside families, support networks, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless, client-centered care. About You We are looking for experienced clinicians who lead with empathy and expertise: Qualified & Registered: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration. Experienced: Minimum 2 years of experience (Senior level) with a deep understanding of NDIS frameworks and complex reporting. Specialised or Versatile: Expertise in either Mental Health conditions, Physical/Functional limitations, or a desire to work across both streams. Strong Communicator: Exceptional ability to document progress and advocate for client needs through high-quality report writing.
