We are launching a modern retail experience store inside a major shopping centre - representing at least two leading brands. The store will be focused on delivering quality customer experience. We're looking for a sales team who love engaging customers and winning along the way. All training will be provided. The Role As a Retail Assistant / Sales Trainee, you will: Approach and engage shopping centre customers Identify needs and recommend the right product solutions Showcase products and educate customers Nurture and follow up leads Book and confirm appointments Follow up and convert opportunities into sales Deliver an outstanding, modern customer experience You will be selling high-value products in a consultative environment - with strong support and structured training, in a brand-new store fit-out. Training will be provided across the entire process to set you up for success.
