The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will deliver approximately $15M–$20M of projects annually. You will lead and coordinate all project stakeholders. Your focus will be aligning expectations and driving outcomes. You will manage programme development and tracking. You will ensure key milestones, financial targets, and performance outcomes are met. You will typically run 1–2 projects in construction. You will also support projects in tender and pre-construction phases. Salary A competitive salary package will be offered in line with experience and current market conditions, with an expected range of $230K – $260K .
