The Role We are looking to fill two key shift positions: one for the Afternoon Shift and one for the Night Shift. Your work will be critical in keeping the food manufacturing plant running smoothly. Key duties include: Responding to and resolving fast-paced machinery breakdowns. Executing proactive and preventative maintenance schedules. Troubleshooting mechanical issues on high-volume production lines. What You Need to Succeed A relevant Trade Qualification (Mechanical Fitter or similar). Proven experience in a maintenance fitting role (experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is highly regarded). Reliability and the ability to commit to either an afternoon or night shift schedule. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to plant maintenance.
