YOUR ROLE As a KEY player in this LEGAL KNOWLEDGE team (being led and mentored by a top calibre Legal Knowledge Manager), you will support partners/lawyers in the Commercial Litigation team: · Keep abreast of changes in legislation/case law ; · Provide updates/training/legal education to partners/lawyers; · Conduct file audits/matter reviews ; · Createupdate precedents and firm’s knowledge repositories/intranet/internet ; · Liaise with Client ServicesIT teams to develop various legal technology platforms eg ediscovery and other automation platforms. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are an admitted lawyer have minimum 5 years’ experience (no maximum seniority limit) in commercial litigation (preferably also with some insolvency litigation experience); have strong legal drafting skills high attention to detail ; have had some experience in OR at least a keen interest in knowledge sharing/precedent developmentlegal technology applications; are seeking a refreshing alternative legal career path .
