YOUR ROLE As a KEY member of this winning Commercial Disputes/Litigation team (being led and mentored by internationally recognized award-winning litigation partners), representing blue-chip clients, you will love using a full-spectrum of traditional and non-traditional dispute resolution strategies to deliver creative, commercially practical and cost efficient solutions. You will be acting on significant/complex disputes , including class actions, public and private investigations (eg ASIC, ASX, ACCC, Royal Commission) international disputes relating to trade practices, commercial contracts, corporate takeovers, employment law, IP, tax, insolvency/restructuring, insurance, construction/property and energy/resources.
