MJD Recruitment is partnering with an impressive Global law firm to secure their next Litigation Legal Secretary for their stunning Brisbane office. The Responsibilities Managing diaries, meetings and team coordination Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court materials Supporting matter management and document organisation Assisting with billing, expenses and reporting processes Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders Supporting lawyers across litigation matters as required As your confidence grows, there will be opportunities to take on more substantive support work within the team. About You This role will suit someone who is able to commit to 4 or 5 days per week, and open to those who are early in their studies, eager to get involved in more. Being super successful in this position means you'll already have experience in a legal support or administrative role, with strong attention to detail and impeccable organisational skills. Confidence with MS Office and other legal and billing systems such as Elite3e are a must. You'll also have a proactive and reliable approach to work but most importantly, you'll be motivated to learn and eager to build your legal career within a global firm environment.
