YOUR ROLE As a KEY member of this fast growing non-traditional vibrant firm, being mentored by the Managing Partner, you will love managing your own files (80% CTP,20% medical negligence/public liability ) and obtaining justice for plaintiff clients. Key responsibilities include obtaining client instructions, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with doctors/solicitors/insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs to barristers, filing and general administration. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Have MINIMUM 2 years in personal injury law (including motor vehicle accidents/CTP -ESSENTIAL) as a lawyer ; can highly autonomously manage your own CTP files from start to finish; are highly motivated, organized and can meet deadlines; love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment; are loyal and can commit long-term to your next career move.
