Specifically , you will be advising/litigating on: Commercial transactions (approx. 45-50%) (eg buying/selling property management businesses ie rent rolls, joint ventures, buy-back agreements, shareholders agreements, mergers/acquisitions); Construction/property disputes (approx. 45%); Strata issues (approx. 10-15%).
