WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are degree qualified in law/commerce/accounting (or similar) and/or formal qualifications from the Governance Institute of Australia ; Have 5-10 years’ experience in a similar company secretary/corporate governance/compliance role with a PROFESSIONAL SERVICES firm (eg law firm, accounting/financial services firm); Have strong knowledge of the Corporations Act, company operational/reporting requirements CAS (Corporate Affairs System) software; Have outstanding communication/rapport building stakeholder management skills; Possess high accuracy and can self-organise yourself to meet tight deadlines; Are proactive and can initiate new ideas to add positive value to the team/firm; are hungry to progress your career long-term with a first-class global firm which heavily invests in their staff.
