You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
