About the Role: Your next role will see you reporting to a Head of P&C, planning and delivering on large-scale, high-impact organisational change. You will work collaboratively with the broader HR team, and directly with the business stakeholders, focusing on the support of the coordination and delivery across a number of broad streams of organisational transformation work. About You: Key to your success in this role will be your experience in an HR Business Partnering role, with exposure to large-scale organisational change in a customer-centric environment. You will be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on when required. Additionally, you will demonstrate: Experience in a HR business partnering or HR Projects capacity, with exposure to large-scale organisational change, within commercial corporate environments; Exposure to banking and finance is highly desirable; Demonstrable experience in coaching and partnering with leaders and the broader HR team; Exposure to restructuring, workplace transitions, organisational change, and transformation; Comfortable working within complex environments where there are conflicting priorities and skilled at bringing structure to remove ambiguity; Exceptional stakeholder management experience and influencing skills at all levels; and Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
