Lake Imaging is seeking a Practice Manager responsible for the day to day operational leadership of the Geelong Breast Clinic located in central Geelong to ensure the effective delivery of both administrative and clinical services. As a key leader within the clinic, the Practice Manager will drive efficient workflows, support staff performance and development, and enhance patient satisfaction through the delivery of compassionate, high quality and specialised radiology services. Key Skills and Experience Proven experience in practice management or healthcare administration. Strong leadership and people management capability. Excellent organisational, operational, and workflow management skills. Experience in medical imaging environments is highly desirable. Proficiency with Radiology Information Systems (RIS/PMS) is highly desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Commitment to patient centred- care and continuous service improvement.
