Our client, APEX Engineering Technology Group , is seeking skilled Metal Machinists to join their Workshop team. The successful applicants will provide manual and CNC machinist/toolmaker services while maintaining high standards in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) in line with ISO requirements. Key Responsibilities: Operate manual and CNC lathes, grinders, milling and boring machines Use measuring devices for pre- and post-machining checks Perform fabrication and welding tasks as required Conduct commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of workshop equipment Operate cranes and lifting devices safely Maintain a clean and safe working environment Complete job documentation accurately Follow OHS and QA/QC standards Essential Qualifications and Experience: Trade Certificate in CNC/Manual Machining Experience in manual and CNC machining, commissioning, and maintenance Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately Understanding of safety and risk assessment tools Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tolerances Team players with a proactive, can-do attitude Forklift licence (desirable but not required) Apply Now!
