The opportunity & how you will make an impact: We are seeking expressions of interest from Centre Managers to join our Integrated Property Solutions team supporting a portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres across metro Brisbane and Logan. As part of our growing Asset Management portfolio, we are building a talent pipeline of Centre Managers who are interested in future opportunities with Urbis. This is a mid-level opportunity suited to someone looking to step into a broader portfolio role, with exposure across multiple sites and a strong balance of operations, leasing and client engagement. Working closely with our Asset Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring centres are operating efficiently, commercially and in line with client expectations — while also identifying opportunities to enhance performance and community engagement. You will: Manage the day-to-day operations across a portfolio of neighbourhood centres Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors and clients Support leasing activity including lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant negotiations Monitor financial performance, assist with budgets and outgoings reconciliations Minimise arrears and ensure tenant compliance with lease obligations Coordinate centre initiatives including marketing and local engagement activities Work closely with on-site teams to ensure smooth and consistent operations Contribute to reporting, providing clear and commercially focused insights to client Identify opportunities to improve centre performance and customer experience About you: You're someone who sits in that “ready for more” space — you've built a solid foundation in property or centre management and are now looking for broader exposure, more ownership and a portfolio that stretches your capability. You will bring: You will bring: Around 5 years' experience in property or centre management Experience working across retail or neighbourhood shopping centres (preferred) Strong stakeholder management skills — you build trust quickly and communicate with confidence Commercial awareness, with the ability to understand leasing, budgets and centre performance Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Relevant certifications (e.g. Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence preferred) Why Urbis?
