This isn't your average "manager on duty" gig. With renovations currently underway across the entire site, including a brand-new sports bar, upgraded accommodation, five refreshed bars, and a 200-seat restaurant, we are rebuilding an icon. We need a leader who is ready to help shape a flagship venue before the doors even fully reopen. We’re on the hunt for a future Publican: someone who lives for the buzz of a launch, thrives in the middle of the action, and takes immense pride in running a tight, high-energy floor.
