Learn more about us and what we do at awaresuper.com.au Your New Role As a Market Insights Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our Brand & Marketing team by delivering actionable insights that drive member growth and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to combine data analytics with strategic marketing initiatives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. Some responsibilities include: Analyse data to identify optimal opportunities for growth and retention as directed by the Brand and Marketing team's marketing managers; Provide analysis to stakeholders across key marketing initiatives across all channels, including AJO email campaigns and paid campaigns; Support marketing managers with self-serve reporting solutions and guidance/training on how to use self-serve dashboards effectively for reporting on marketing campaign results; Implement system generated analytics capabilities to expedite key data to users such as alerts, auto send of periodic dashboards to support an increase in a data driven culture; and Influence and drive decisions on digital analytics and EDH data inputs, requirements, and insights through proactive collaboration of cross functional teams and other senior stakeholders as required. Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting; Ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights; Familiarity with segmentation strategies and campaign analytics; Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms); You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
