In this role, you will execute and optimise digital campaigns across paid social, search and analytics to support client growth and performance. Key Responsibilities Execute multi-channel digital campaigns aligned with strategic plans Manage day-to-day delivery for retained and project-based clients Set up and optimise paid social and SEM campaigns Monitor campaign performance and refine targeting, budgets and creative Develop performance dashboards and track agreed KPIs Produce performance reports and translate data into actionable insights Technical Skills and Qualifications 5 years’ digital marketing experience in financial services Deep understanding of funds management audiences and products Strong experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn Proven capability running Google Ads and search campaigns Strong track record developing organic social strategies for B2B organisations Strong analytics and performance reporting capability Experience with dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar Keyword research experience using tools such as SEMrush or similar Working knowledge of WordPress CMS Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaign Experience with collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Jira or Planner Get the opportunity to deepen skills in analytics, strategy and new platforms and work with collaborative digital team with strong learning opportunities.
