About The Role We have an opportunity for a full time, experienced Legal Secretary to join our Corporate & Commercial/Property team in Sydney, supporting two Directors and their teams. This role is ideal for someone who is a genuinely strong administrator and enjoys keeping things organised, moving and running smoothly. You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including: Preparing and formatting correspondence and legal documents Managing billing, file administration and matter set-up Diary management, email coordination and scheduling Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders General administrative support to keep the practice organised and running efficiently About You To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced legal secretary or EA within a professional services environment. You’re someone who takes pride in being reliable, organised and across the detail. You’re comfortable juggling priorities and enjoy being a trusted support to the people you work with.
