Job Description Campus Operations Manager Full Time, Permanent Applications Close 1st April, 2026 The Campus Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across Acknowledge Education’s campuses. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead day-to-day campus operations while delivering national initiatives that enhance the student and staff experience. This role blends operational leadership, project delivery and people management, with a strong focus on student services, campus facilities, and cross-campus consistency. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will streamline systems and processes, remove operational barriers, and foster a collaborative, high-performing campus environment. You are a proactive and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-campus environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead campus operations, including facilities, safety, timetabling, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth and efficient daily delivery Oversee student onboarding and support services, ensuring a high-quality experience that drives strong satisfaction outcomes Partner with Student Experience teams to implement initiatives that enhance engagement, feedback, and overall student journey Plan and deliver key campus events, including graduations, orientations and student-led activities that build a vibrant campus culture Lead, coach and develop the Operations Team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and workforce planning Drive national and campus-level projects to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and service delivery Collaborate cross-functionally with academic, compliance and leadership teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements Promote and embed WHS frameworks, ensuring compliance, risk management and a safe campus environment
