We're seeking an ITSM Developer to design and enhance IT and business service management solutions using Ivanti, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. You’ll build workflows, forms, email templates, dashboards, and automation that support core ITIL processes and the business teams including Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management. Initial 12 month contract with the possibility of extension, it's a hybrid role ideally to be based out of Melbourne or Sydney (Brisbane and Adelaide locations may also be considered). Key Responsibilities Build automated workflows in Ivanti for routing, approvals, SLAs, and notifications for business & IT processes Develop Power Apps (canvas/model‑driven) for business processes Design Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules Create Ivanti dashboards for ITSM reporting and KPIs Translate ITIL processes into scalable, automated solutions Integrate with external systems using connectors and APIs Maintain governance, documentation, and solution lifecycle management Skills & Experience Strong Ivanti, Power Apps and Power Automate development Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM workflows Experience with Dataverse, Power BI, and data modelling Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills ServiceNow development skills will be considered in lieu of Ivanti Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
