Description: Key Responsibilities: Operate Backhoe across various civil construction sites across Brisbane. Assist with general labouring duties as required on-site. Work independently and take initiative while also contributing to a strong team environment. Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and teammates. Support and uphold our commitment to Quality, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), and Environmental standards. Skills and Experiences: Role Requirements: A current White Card A valid Statement of Attainment (SOA) and/or Verification of Competency (VOC) for Excavator. Proven experience operating Excavator - ideally with a minimum of 2 years on civil sites. The ability to work both unsupervised and collaboratively in a team.
