The Opportunity: Strategic Property Leadership As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the integrity and functionality of a diverse regional and metropolitan portfolio. This role requires a sophisticated blend of strategic framework development and hands-on operational management to ensure all facilities are fit-for-purpose. Key Responsibilities include: Framework Development: Develop and implement robust property processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure organizational compliance and operational excellence. Lease Management: Manage multiple commercial lease agreements end-to-end. This includes high-level negotiation, renewals, and rigorous critical-date tracking. Specialized Oversight: Ensure facilities, hangars, and clinical sites meet strict safety and compliance standards, maintaining a "ready-for-action" environment. Asset Lifecycle: Coordinate maintenance, contractor management, and asset lifecycle planning across all sites to maximize efficiency and longevity. Project Delivery: Lead minor works, office fit-outs, and property-related projects with a focus on minimal disruption to frontline service delivery. Reporting & Systems: Provide data-driven reporting and property system management to support high-level operational decisions. Essential Criteria: Proven Experience: A strong background as a Senior Property Manager managing complex commercial, government, or specialized portfolios. Operational Savvy: Demonstrated success in contractor management and maintenance coordination for multi-site operations.
