Our client, a local QLD Council, is seeking an Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative and customer service support. You'll play a key role supporting daily operations and service delivery across the team. $38.05 p.h Super 3 month assignment with possibility of extension Full time hours (Mon-Fri) Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast 4558 This role involves: Providing administrative and secretarial support to a team Delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Responding to enquiries, including sensitive matters, with professionalism and discretion Data entry, record keeping, and document preparation with a high level of accuracy Using Microsoft Office and internal systems (financial, property, mapping) Supporting team objectives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Applying relevant procedures, policies, and guidelines in day-to-day tasks The ideal candidate will have: Experience in customer service, local government, or similar administrative roles Strong time management skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills across multiple channels Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to quickly learn new systems and applications A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude Ability to understand and apply relevant legislation, policies, and procedures Certificate III in Business Administration, Finance, Local Government, or equivalent experience highly regarded If this sounds like you and you're interested in the role, please apply now - I look forward to hearing from you!
