The Package: Up to $130k Base Super Your Impact: Assist the Development Directors across the full project lifecycle. Take ownership of consultant coordination, managing RFQs, RFIs, and ensuring design development stays aligned with commercial targets. Drive the preparation of DA submissions and assist in navigating local council and state planning approvals. Collaborate heavily with high-end project marketing agencies to review collateral, track pre-sales, and ensure market positioning is flawless. Track and update project feasibilities, monitor cash flows, and prepare detailed reporting for the executive. The Expertise You Bring: 1 to 3 years of experience in the property sector, ideally within an assistant development, project management, valuation, or tier-1/tier-2 construction environment. A strong analytical mind with solid exposure to financial modelling and project feasibilities (EstateMaster/Argus experience is a massive advantage). An appreciation for high-end design and the attention to detail required to deliver luxury built-form products. Exceptional communication skills—you must be confident managing elite consultants and interacting with high-level stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction Management, Finance, or Architecture.
