What you’ll do (but not limited to): Join a large scale complex project in design phase and move to Site for delivery Ensure construction-related aspects of the project meet or exceed the required performance targets in relation to time, cost and quality Maintain our contractual schedule/program, including productivity units and extension of time Engagement and management of subcontractors from tender to scope delivery in a way to embodies our vision to be ‘the best people to work with’ Monitor and report on task productivity, financial outcomes and performing cost control to ensure project targets are optimised Provide daily support, team supervision and feedback to field operations to produce high-quality project outcomes against company set performance criteria Ensure project HSEQ objectives are set, shared and adhered to in order to maintain an exemplary safety culture aligned to the values of 'Safety is My Way' What you’re good at: Aside from having relevant tertiary qualifications and similar project experience, you’re driven and confident in your management and planning abilities with both contractors/suppliers and project compliance as well as possess high standards in managing safety, quality and environment. You will have experience with civil and/or structural engineering principles across varies mid/high value projects. Knowledge of slope stabilisation, disaster/flood recovery, pavements and traffic management would be highly desirable.
