At Thomson Geer we are looking for candidates who are client focused, commercially minded, and who work well in a team environment The role: We are currently looking for an Associate with 3 - 5 years PAE to join our Perth Property team. The team's focus lies with transactions in significant property assets, including due diligence, commercial leasing and various land use agreements, acquisition, structuring, planning, construction and sale of 'off the plan' developments for commercial and residential developments. In addition, the team undertakes franchising, business structuring, sale and acquisitions, as well as business and personal succession. The successful candidate will have: 3-5 years PAE Strong property and commercial experience including drafting of bespoke contracts and leasing An understanding of company and trust structures Franchising and/or estate planning experience will be looked upon favourably Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills Committed and intelligent approach to work A high level of attention to detail An ability to work autonomously This is an exciting opportunity to be involved and work closely with established Partners and a large team across a wide variety of property and commercial transactions.
