Location: Silverwater, NSW 2128 Salary: $80K-$90K Super Employment Type: Permanent | Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Reporting to: Managing Director Start Date: ASAP (with notice) | Probation: 6 months About the Role NTC Wismettac Australia is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our Silverwater warehouse and delivery teams. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, maintain high standards in stock control, and ensure smooth, safe logistics processes. This is a hands-on role where leadership meets action-you'll lead, coach, and also roll up your sleeves when needed. Key Responsibilities Lead warehouse (12 permanent up to 10 temps) and delivery teams (3 permanent up to 10 temps) Manage stocktakes, quality checks, and freezer storage of inventory Receive, label, and store incoming stock; operate specialized warehouse equipment Maintain inventory control and report discrepancies Support deliveries when required Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Perform additional duties to support business objectives What We're Looking For Proven logistics experience (warehouse & transport) Minimum 2 years as a Warehouse Manager and 3 years as a Supervisor in Australia Forklift license (counterbalance & reach) Experience managing a team of 10 staff Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach Desired Competencies: analytical thinking, initiative, business awareness, strategic thinking, resilience, and a positive approach to change.
