The role defines category strategy, priorities and success measures, and aligns cross‑functional leaders to deliver results, while execution remains with functional owners. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the role contributes to enterprise‑wide strategic and commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities: Own commercial accountability for the Flexibles Category, including revenue growth, gross margin, contribution and P&L Define and deliver a three‑year category strategy and annual operating plan aligned to Signet’s OGSM Set and track category success metrics, holding the organisation accountable for agreed outcomes Drive pricing architecture, product mix optimisation and margin improvement Act as a strategic growth partner to Sales, supporting key customers, tenders and go‑to‑market initiatives Own the product roadmap and innovation pipeline, ensuring trials and technical initiatives are commercially validated Lead and govern vendors and production partners (onshore and offshore) to support growth, quality and margin outcomes Align manufacturing priorities, trials, capacity and mix to category demand, via strong commercial governance Partner with Finance and Procurement to improve costing accuracy, sourcing strategies and pricing integrity Represent the Flexibles Category at Executive Leadership Team level, shaping enterprise commercial and investment decisions Who we are looking for: Category or P&L leadership experience Strong commercial, margin and pricing capability Proven ability to influence across Sales, Finance, Procurement and Operations Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems Flexibles or blown film knowledge Exposure to offshore manufacturing partners Experience managing commodity volatility Capital demand and investment modelling experience Why join us: Birthday Leave Need to visit a physiotherapist?
