About the role Your role as a Construction Planner is all about being part of internal advisory team and ready to start planning for construction new build, fitout and refurbishment projects. You will be preparing construction programmes for inclusion in tender submissions; assisting project teams with project progress and addressing any issues that arise. And you can also look forward to: Managing the creation, review and statusing of construction programmes. Producing tender diagrams and construction methodologies to support bids. Liaising with subcontractors and consultants to ensure accuracy. Reviewing & analysing programmes with project teams to monitor progress, address issues and identify opportunities for improvement. Understanding delay management and assisting project teams with extension of time claims. Facilitating planning software training About you Experience working within a similar role in construction, advantageous to have fitout experience. A degree or diploma in a building, architectural or engineering field. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Strong organisation and time management skills. Ability to meet deadlines and stay focused under pressure. Analytical and methodical approach coupled with a keen eye for detail. Flexibility, adaptability and being able to problem solve.
