E&I Project / Commissioning Engineer – FIFO | Saraji Mine (QLD) Immediate Start | Contract to August | Leading Mining Project Mills Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a major project delivery contractor to source an experienced E&I Project / Commissioning Engineer for an immediate mobilisation to the Saraji Coal Mine (Central QLD) . This is a critical role within a fast-moving commissioning team, requiring proven experience in mineral processing plant commissioning . The Role You will support commissioning activities across electrical and control systems, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of project milestones. Work within commissioning and completions teams on-site Support electrical and control system commissioning Assist with testing, validation, and handover processes Interface with project stakeholders to ensure timelines are met Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering 5 years’ industry experience Strong experience in commissioning mineral processing plants (essential) Experience with electrical and/or controls-based projects Highly Regarded Coal industry experience Coal processing plant commissioning experience Low voltage MCC commissioning Network and control systems knowledge Minimum 5 years site-based experience Mandatory S11 Coal Board Medical (CBM) Project Details Location: Saraji Mine (near Dysart, QLD) Accommodation: Civeo Dysart Roster: 4/3 initially → transitioning to 8/6 (June/July) Duration: Immediate start – end of August FIFO Contract Why Apply?
