Our client, a leading infrastructure contractor, is seeking a Design Engineer – Civil to support the delivery of a major rail infrastructure project in Perth. About the Role This role will see you working on a high-value rail project involving the upgrade of signalling and train control systems. You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality engineering designs, ensuring compliance with project standards, safety requirements and client expectations. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and broader project team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver civil engineering designs, drawings and specifications • Review design documentation to ensure compliance with project standards • Support project delivery through design coordination and technical input • Ensure adherence to Safety in Design and WHS requirements • Contribute to quality assurance processes aligned with ISO standards • Interpret project requirements and translate into practical engineering solutions • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders • Support continuous improvement and innovation in engineering delivery Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • 3–7 years’ experience in civil design engineering • Experience in rail or infrastructure projects highly regarded • Strong understanding of engineering design processes and project delivery • Knowledge of Australian standards, safety and quality systems • Working towards Chartered status (CPEng/RPEQ) preferred • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a project environment Benefits • Opportunity to work on a major rail infrastructure project • Exposure to complex and innovative engineering solutions • Career growth within a leading infrastructure organisation • Competitive salary and flexible work arrangements • Supportive and collaborative team environment How to Apply: 1.Complete the short online candidate registration form: https://zfrmz.com.au/sP3lVXadBxzQ63ExCfYZ 2.
