Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can execute high‑impact digital campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll manage performance marketing, optimise funnels, and elevate the website and app experience — all while supporting a fast‑growing marketing function with data‑driven execution. What You’ll Do Plan, launch, and optimise digital campaigns aligned with brand and go‑to‑market strategy Manage performance marketing channels and continuously improve traffic quality Analyse funnel performance from landing page to registration and deposit Optimise conversion rates through testing, insights, and user‑journey improvements Manage and update on‑site content, promotional placements, and digital merchandising Build and execute retargeting and reactivation campaigns to support lifecycle marketing Track performance, report on key metrics, and provide insights to the Head of Marketing Support integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, social, and community channels Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Assist with promotional initiatives, tournaments, VIP events, and product launches Coordinate the supply and distribution of merchandise to players and internal teams What You Bring 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles Experience in online gambling, gaming, crypto, or fintech (or strong interest in these sectors) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns Hands‑on experience with digital advertising platforms, tracking tools, and reporting Understanding of user funnels, conversion optimisation, and lifecycle marketing Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Collaborative approach with strong communication and organisational skills Why You’ll Love It Join a high‑achieving, collaborative team passionate about building a world‑class digital experience Play a key role in a high‑growth business shaping its global marketing engine Genuine career growth opportunities as the team and function scale Sounds like your next role?
