An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically strong AV event production professional to step into a Technical Director role within a well-established live events production business. This position has become available due to an internal departure and offers the chance to take ownership of technical delivery across a diverse portfolio of high-end corporate events. The Role: Working closely with Account Managers and the wider technical & operations team, you will lead the end-to-end technical execution of conferences, roadshows and experiential activations. This is a highly hands-on role, with the majority of time spent onsite overseeing operations from the technical desk and ensuring seamless delivery. For larger events, you will take a broader leadership position across multiple spaces and crews. You will act as the key technical point of contact onsite — managing technicians, troubleshooting in real time, maintaining client confidence and ensuring productions are delivered safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard. You will also support pre-event planning activities such as site visits, supplier liaison and testing equipment to ensure readiness for live environments.
