About the Role: This is more than just a sales job. Within the Internal Sales team, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers — helping them find the right solutions, offering expert advice, and building lasting relationships. No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include: Managing and processing customer orders, quotes, and enquiries via email and phone. Presenting, promoting, and aligning product offerings with customer needs. Building positive relationships with clients through clear and professional communication. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. What We’re Looking For Sales and/or customer service experience (civil infrastructure or industrial background a bonus, but not essential). Strong data entry and processing accuracy, especially valuable with large-scale projects. A proactive and organised approach to work, with strong attention to detail.
