Internal Sales Rep About the Role: A well established glass and shower screen manufacturer is launching a new division within the company. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and help shape this new arm of the business. We are seeking an experienced internal sales professional with a background in the construction or building products industry. You'll play a key role in generating new business, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of this department. Key Responsibilities: Visit sites and meet with potential clients around Brisbane to understand their needs. Generate sales and upsell products to maximize revenue opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Handle office-based admin including quotes, follow-ups, and order processing. Contribute ideas to help grow the new department and its service offerings. What We're Looking For: Proven internal sales experience, ideally within the construction or building products sector. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own schedule. Comfortable with both site visits and office-based tasks.
