Senior Payroll Officer | Parramatta & Western Suburbs End-to-end payroll compliance exposure Hybrid working (2-3 days WFH) Large, structured payroll team (10 total) This is a 12-month contract within a well-established payroll function supporting a large workforce. The role goes beyond processing, it sits across compliance, reporting and stakeholder engagement. The Role Process payroll in line with EBAs, Awards and employment contracts Handle payroll queries across a large employee base Prepare and reconcile: Payroll tax PAYG Superannuation FBT and year-end reporting Maintain payroll data (leave, timesheets, employee records) Support reporting and statutory obligations Assist and guide junior payroll staff where required What We're Looking For End-to-end payroll experience in a medium-large environment Strong understanding of payroll compliance (tax, super, awards) Confident communicator (this is key) High attention to detail ability to problem solve Experience with large payroll systems Why This Role Broader payroll exposure (not just processing) Strong team structure support SAP SuccessFactors environment Opportunity to step into a more complex payroll function
