The Role As a Support Services Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for managing operational transactions, resolving payment issues, and handling consumer credit reporting with precision and care. Your work will directly support our commitment to transparency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Operations Finance & Transactional Processing: Manage manual payments, refunds, BPAY, RTGS, suspense allocations, and discharge/payout processes with 98% accuracy. Information Requests: Respond to customer and third-party enquiries (solicitors, courts, government bodies) within legal frameworks, ensuring privacy and compliance. Comprehensive Credit Reporting: Maintain accurate credit data, resolve bureau rejections, and support responsible lending through CCR compliance. Risk & Compliance: Help keep Pepper Money safe by minimising fraud and operational losses, and contributing to audit and QA processes. About you We’re looking for someone who’s detail-driven, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
