Fully Integrated Software Systems : Streamlined processes for efficient patient care. Our Street Doctor Service Black Swan Street Doctor is a fully accredited medical service, staffed by medical professionals who provide immediate, comprehensive care at no cost to the patient. We conduct over 4,500 consultations annually, with more than 35% of our patients identifying as homeless, and 38% identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. We pride ourselves on providing much needed medical services for vulnerable populations of the community including homeless, Aboriginal and Families of DFV. Over 80% of our clients present with multiple medical conditions, and for over 90%, the Black Swan Health Street Doctor serves as their primary healthcare provider. The community, and Black Swan Health, need your expertise as a Vocationally Registered GP to help us support a growing population of people experiencing disadvantage, marginalisation, and homelessness through our comprehensive mobile health service, delivering visible, accessible, and non-judgmental primary healthcare. We are able to support GPs who are ready for an immediate start.
