About the Opportunity As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) within Leeton Aged Care unit, you’ll play a key role in shaping the skills, confidence, and success of the nursing team. You’ll lead the way in education and professional development, delivering engaging, evidence-based programs that empower staff to provide the highest quality of aged care. Your leadership and mentoring will help ensure that residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred support every day. In this role you will: Deliver evidence-based, person-centred care aligned with professional standards and legislation. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes and wellbeing. Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety, learning, and professional growth. To coordinate and manage mandatory education, provide ongoing clinical support and education to nursing staff and students, and assess nursing clinical competencies.
