About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Italian cuisine who can contribute to menu development and ensure consistent food quality. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present authentic Italian dishes in line with menu specifications and quality standards Assist in planning and developing menus, including seasonal updates and new dish creation Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner during service periods Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety compliance Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients Minimise food wastage through efficient kitchen practices Supervise and guide kitchen staff where required, ensuring smooth kitchen operations Requirements Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or relevant qualification Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality How to Apply Please send your resume to:
