The Client Our client is an Australian property group specialising in the development and operation of land lease lifestyle communities for over-50s. They deliver high-quality, resort-style residential developments and are experiencing continued growth across their project pipeline. The Role Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, this role manages 3 land lease community development projects in northern regional Victoria from planning through to completion and handover to operations. Key responsibilities: Manage projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards Support project planning, design coordination and feasibility monitoring Manage tender and construction processes, including contractor engagement and monthly claim certification Coordinate with authorities, builders, consultants and customers Oversee project handover, inspections, defects and maintenance matters Supporting the Development Manager, maintain responsibility for project feasibilities, cashflows and reporting Prepare project development reports This role will see you onsite at least 3 days collaborating with their internal construction arm and external consultants and on site staff and is looking for someone to be based in rural northern Victoria where they can access the sites easily. The Candidate You will bring: 5 years’ experience in project management from conception to completion Experience in land subdivision, residential construction or similar developments would be ideal but we would look at someone with solid well rounded project management experience from tender through to completion and hand over of an asset. Strong understanding of construction processes and project feasibilities Knowledge of land lease community would be a bonus but not expected. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Noting there is a requirement to be site based 3 days a week, from Wangaratta, Aubry and Baranduda so we are really looking for someone located within accessible reach of these sites who is happy to be located in regional Vic.
