Review their medical information and qualify or disqualify based on suitability. Provide clear, compassionate explanations of the full‑body preventative scan. Guide customers through clinic locations, appointment availability, and next steps. Convert qualified leads by taking a deposit and booking their appointment. Use systems like HubSpot and AirCall to track interactions. Work in a performance‑driven environment with direct coaching and clear expectations. What you’ll bring: Experience in phone‑based sales, lead qualification, or customer engagement. Experience from industries like health, fitness, real estate, banking or insurance. Comfort working to targets and KPIs. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Critical thinking and ability to recourse or pivot a conversation.
