Job Description Support SuccessFactors implementation activities, with a strong focus on data migration. Participate in and contribute to data migration design workshops. Facilitate process mapping, requirements gathering, and the creation of solution documentation. Work closely with end‑users to understand business problem statements and translate them into actionable requirements. Contribute to organisational design activities, including data models, position design, and structural mapping. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, SMEs, and technical specialists throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all processes and deliverables align with project standards and governance requirements. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Analyst should have: 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a Big 5 or Tier 2 consulting background. Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors. Strong capability in data migration, data modelling, and process design. Proven ability to work with end‑users and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to produce high-quality documentation and process artefacts. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
