The Position: Due to recent changes, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced, self-motivated and highly organised candidate to become an integral part of their small team. Reporting directly to the business owner you will manage all aspects of accounts as well as support the team with administration and customer service. This role will be offered with hours either 9am - 5pm OR 10am - 5pm The Duties: Some of your actual duties will include Receive job orders and enter details accurately into their tracking system Prepare customer quotes and follow up accordingly Assist in scheduling daily run sheets and confirm with customers Manage job files and update customers accordingly Assist in processing Accounts Receivable / Payable Manage the Accounts Inbox Prepare Accounts for BAS lodgements Review details of completed jobs ensuring all accurate Prepare electrical certificates Manage Government incentive /apprenticeship programs Account and Bank Reconciliations Manage various spreadsheets, reports and tracking job progress Process staff payroll and manage entitlements The Requirements: To be successful for this role you must possess Strong proven experience within a similar role Excellent organisational skills The ability to work effectively autonomously with a strong sense of self-motivation Exceptional communication skills, problem solving and initiative A can-do attitude is a must!
