Your new role The role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Project, Shaping Creative Futures: Designing a Vocational Degree Framework for Creative Producers. This includes coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis and leading the design, validation and testing of an AQF Level 7 Vocational Degree Framework for Creative Producers. The role works across industry, government and education stakeholders to identify workforce and qualification gaps and to develop a nationally informed framework that supports future qualification development in the Arts sector. Responsibilities: Develop and manage the project plan, schedule, risks and deliverables Undertake research and analysis to identify workforce and qualification gaps for Creative Producer roles Designing and testing a draft AQF Level 7 Vocational Degree Framework Prepare high-quality written deliverables and departmental reports Lead national consultation, workshops and validation activities What you'll need to succeed Relevant Qualifications in the Creative Arts sector (desirable), supplemented with competencies in Australias Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector.Relevant qualification in education and training, with a minimum of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent/superseding qualification). Higher education qualifications in education, adult education, learning design or a related field will be highly regarded.The ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and establish networks and contacts within the VET and Higher Education sector for effective collaboration.Strong written communication skills, specifically technical writing.
