Overview Overseeing a large portfolio of SAH and CHSP Managing a team of staff including Community Nurses, Care Coordinators and Rostering/Admin Leader Reporting to a very experienced and approachable General Manager Role is vacant due to internal promotion Frequent travel not required – office-based role in Central Brisbane Around $135-$140k super NFP benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our aged care community. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional care delivery, operational excellence and a positive environment for residents, families and staff. The Community Manager will provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliance with aged care standards and driving continuous improvement.
