About the Role As the Operations & Sales Manager, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations while driving business development and customer engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee production, improve operational efficiency, and contribute directly to revenue growth. You will play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are achieved while building strong relationships with clients and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Operations & Production Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and quality control Ensure efficient processes and continuous improvement across the facility Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity Sales & Customer Management Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction outcomes Process orders and provide quotations Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and support a team of direct reports Monitor performance and identify development opportunities Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with OHS and industrial relations requirements Manage incident reporting, workplace injuries, and workers compensation in collaboration with HR Strengthen and maintain workplace health and safety systems About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment Demonstrated success in sales or business development Strong leadership and people management skills Solid understanding of workplace health & safety and compliance requirements Ability to balance operational priorities with customer and commercial outcomes A hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive salary superannuation Opportunity to influence both operational and commercial outcomes Supportive and collaborative team environment Long-term career growth within a stable, family-owned business A role where you can make a genuine impact Diversity & Inclusion A pre-employment medical, along with D&A testing will be required for the successful candidate.
