About the role As the Property Administrator you'll combine financial administration, tenant communication, and general team support to help keep the property function running seamlessly. You'll be a valued point of contact for stakeholders and a trusted support to the Asset Management and Facilities Management Team. The role offers flexibility being part time within school hours or across 4 days. Key responsibilities include: Process monthly rental, outgoings and lease‑related charges, including tenant receipting, reconciliations, and invoicing. Maintain accurate lease, tenant and landlord data across property management systems, including updating tenancy schedules and building files. Assist with preparing and distributing tenant communications, insurance certificate management, and onboarding/handovers. Support Facilities and Property Managers with work order coordination, access card requests, arrears reporting, and general tenant service enquiries. Provide administrative support to the Asset Management Team, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, maintaining spreadsheets, and managing team systems and filing. About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in property administration, accounts administration or team support within a property environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail High numerical accuracy with the ability to review invoices, charges and tenancy data Your strong organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and provide reliable, professional support to a busy team.
