We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to join our Support Office and keep our workplace running smoothly. About The Role As our Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Support Office, ensuring a professional, welcoming and well-organised environment for our team and visitors. You’ll coordinate office operations, manage suppliers and facilities, support meetings and travel logistics, and help deliver internal team events. This role also provides occasional administrative support to the Customer Experience team during busy periods. This role reports to the Head of People Experience and works closely with teams across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and ensure a safe, well-maintained workplace Coordinate suppliers including cleaners, office equipment providers and catering Manage office supplies, mail, couriers and deliveries Create a welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors and contractors Support meeting logistics, travel bookings and internal communications Assist with internal events including Koko Konnections and team celebrations Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience team during peak periods Supervise the office cleaner and maintain workplace presentation standards What You’ll Bring Experience in office management, workplace coordination or administration Strong organisational and multitasking skills A professional and friendly communication style Confident using calendars, shared documents and workplace systems Proactive, reliable and comfortable managing competing priorities Discretion, sound judgement and a proactive approach to problem-solving Why Koko Black?
